Plan your trip to Peru

  • Visit peru.travel website IPERÚ or contact us by WhatsApp IPERÚ if it is necessary to carry out any procedure before traveling.
  • Fill out the electronic health affidavit in the following link.
  • It is recommended to download the Immigration “Pre-Registration” app before your trip, in order to optimize immigration control with zero contact. For any questions about the application, please call +51 980 122 820.
  • You must undergo a PCR test or antigenic test within 72 hours before traveling.
  • Children under 12 years only need to present a medical certificate of good health.
  • Unfortunately, the entrance of non-resident passengers travelling from or who have made a stopover (14 calendar days) in Brazil, South Africa and the United Kingdom is suspended (the regulation will be in effect until May 1, 2021).

When traveling, wear a disposable surgical face mask and a face shield or safety glasses. The use of these items is mandatory.

  • Respect the social distancing rules (2 meters) from boarding and during each process at the airport.
  • Always wear your face mask and face shield or safety glasses.
  • Sanitize your footwear and use the hand sanitizer gel available.
  • You must be pointed at the hand-held infrared thermometer to measure your temperature.
  • Collect and sanitize your luggage while maintaining social distancing.
  • You must submit the health affidavit and RT-PCR test or antigenic test in PDF or image format.
  • The quarantine measure may be discontinued before the 14 calendar days if there is a negative result of the antigen test for the COVID-19 discard, which sample is taken upon entry into the country. The cost of the aforementioned test will be borne by the passenger.
  • Those persons which test result is positive are placed under mandatory isolation in accordance with current regulations, in coordination with the health authority.

When you arrive at the hotel, sanitize your footwear (soles), allow your temperature to be measured and wear your mask correctly (at all times). Do not forget to maintain social distancing. Choose to make payments via apps, in order to reduce the risk of infection while in contact with other persons.

During your stay

Enjoy your visit, wearing the mask during your tours. Follow the biosecurity and disinfection protocols with good disposition. If you have symptoms, the control personnel will ask for your personal information and will refer you to health employees. Natural protected areas (https://turismonaturaleza.pe/) and museums (https://museos.cultura.pe/) have their own biosecurity protocols for entering. Respect the curfew (9:00 p.m.).
